My Story
I fell in love with scents as a young child. The babysitter who watched my brother and I, always had tons of candles burning in her home and was always shaping them and playing in the wax. This intrigued me, and I believe those are the memories that trigger my love for all things SMELL GOOD!!
I looked in to selling Scentsy about 6 months prior to me joining and I used every excuse in the book to talk myself out of it. You don't know many people Stefani, you don't talk to people, and your kind of introverted.....you'll never do well!! I told myself this for 6 months!!!
In March of 2020 I got laid off at work, like most, and didn't know what to do. I sat a home for about a week, then decided I was going to remodel my kitchen. With the help of my AMAZING family and friends, we accomplished a kitchen renovation in less than 6 weeks. I then found myself bored again. See, I worked long hours in a restaurant my whole life before all this, so the slow down in pace wasn't doing me well.
Thats when I ran across the May join special. I was interested in purchasing something already and I spoke to my now sponsor about the possibility of joining but all of those same, "you'll never make it" excuses came back. I figured for $20 if I do nothing, at least I got a mini warmer and some wax.
Then I got bit by the Scentsy Bug!! LOL!! Its just hypothetical....but really!!! I fell in LOVE!! Not only with the products, but the community that I had found myself a part of. Next thing I know, I realize that this, THIS is what I wanted to do all along! I never should've listened to all the crap my head was feeding me!!!
I can RUN my own business, I've been helping other people to run theirs for YEARS!!! But this is MINE! I can work hard for myself, while being surrounded by an AMAZING team that supports me!
